InnovateHer Cohort 2026 is a structured, immersive 12-week program with clear phases designed to build your skills from the ground up.
Meet your cohort, explore all three tracks, and lock in your primary focus. Team-building activities and intro workshops kick things off.
Intensive track-specific workshops with expert mentors. Hands-on projects, guest speakers from industry, and peer collaboration sessions.
Develop your capstone project with mentorship support. Mid-point check-ins, peer reviews, and feedback loops to sharpen your work.
Present your capstone to a panel of mentors, community leaders, and families. Receive your InnovateHer certificate and join our alum network.
